Humanitarian Water Supply LLC is a woman-owned, minority-owned business based in Conroe, Texas, supplying drinking water to the organizations responsible for people when normal service fails.
Why we exist
When water service is interrupted — by a storm, a freeze, a main break, a boil-water notice or a plant failure — the organizations responsible for people suddenly need a great deal of clean water, quickly, and usually all at the same time as everyone else.
What they discover is that retail shelves clear within hours, that national distributors prioritise their largest standing accounts, and that a supplier who was not already arranged is very difficult to arrange in the middle of an event.
Human Water Supply exists to be arranged beforehand. We build the supplier agreements, the carrier relationships and the staged inventory in advance, so that when a customer calls, the answer is a delivery date rather than an apology.
Our operating principle. Emergencies are not the time to establish a supply chain. They are the time to use one that already exists.
How we work
We are a supply and logistics company. We do not ask customers to care how the water gets there — but we are happy to explain it.

The Clean Water Pledge
Roughly 700 million people worldwide have no reliable access to safe drinking water. Not in an emergency — on an ordinary day.
Our business is emergency supply in the United States. But the name we chose commits us to something wider, and we intend to honour it.
A portion of every contract Human Water Supply fulfils is committed to our Clean Water Pledge: funding sustainable clean water infrastructure — wells, boreholes, filtration and community water systems — in places where scarcity is not an event but a permanent condition.
We are building relationships with established international organizations working in water, sanitation and hygiene, and we will report publicly on what the pledge funds as those partnerships are formalised. As our revenue grows, the commitment grows with it. That is the whole point of structuring it as a share rather than a donation.
Every contract we win moves clean water closer to someone who does not have it.

A quote the same day
Send the product, quantity, delivery address and date needed. In most cases you will have pricing back the same business day, and within a few hours during an active event.
An honest answer
If we cannot supply something in the time you need it, we will say so immediately rather than let you find out on the delivery date. In an emergency, a fast no is worth more than a slow maybe.
A direct line
