What to include in a quote request
The more of this you can give us up front, the faster and more accurate the quote.
Product & format
Which water, in what size. If you are not sure, describe the situation and we will recommend a format.
Quantity
Cases, pallets or truckloads. An estimate is fine — we can help you size it against people and days.
Delivery point
City and state at minimum. Freight is usually the largest variable in the price.
Date required
Including whether it is firm or flexible. Standing and recurring deliveries are welcome.
Purchasing route
Purchase order, credit card, contract vehicle or emergency authorization — so we can prepare the right paperwork.
Anything unusual
Site access, dock or liftgate needs, multi-site drops, or specifications that must be met.
